Restaurant staff are responsible for supporting guests during their meals.

Breakfast is served buffet style, and dinner is either a Japanese kaiseki course or a Japanese-Western fusion course.
In addition to serving food to your table, we strive to provide a service unique to Yakushima, such as explaining the seasonal ingredients and suggesting and serving beverages that pair well with the dishes.

Working in cooperation with the kitchen staff, we work every day with the desire to "create a space where guests can feel that Yakushima is even more wonderful through their dining experience."
