Banquet staff support the core of hotel services. They play an active role in all aspects of the hotel, including not only managing banquet halls, but also following up on guest room set-ups, setting up and servicing public spaces during events, and more. We provide support for the setup and operation of meetings with a large number of people, as well as setup and food and drink services for various banquets and dinners.We also provide services as a restaurant-style venue, ``Dining,'' which serves as a special dinner venue for overnight guests. Cooking work
The cooking staff is a PR group for Yakushima-produced ingredients.We spread the message of "local production for local consumption" from Yakushima to the world.
The cooking staff is particular about using Yakushima-produced ingredients. The chefs themselves frequently visit producers on the island and carefully examine the ingredients. Yakushima vegetables are produced in small quantities and many are not distributed. Yakushima fruits are represented by ponkan and tankan. Fresh seafood caught on the same day from the waters near Yakushima. Livestock products from Yakushima. The head chef of Japanese and Western cuisine will produce "Yakushima food" using seasonal ingredients. Focusing on our breakfast buffet and dinner menu, we work hard every day with the idea of ``giving our customers a taste of Yakushima through food.''
