The front desk staff will play the role of concierge not only for the hotel but also for Yakushima.
The front desk staff represents the hotel. From check-in procedures for guests staying at the hotel, to guiding them to their rooms, guiding them around the hotel, checking their schedule during their stay, responding to various requests at the hotel, responding to consultations regarding sightseeing in Yakushima, and ensuring a comfortable check-out. We will respond politely and quickly to provide you with a safe hotel stay and Yakushima stay. As the number of customers from far overseas is increasing, skills are also required to advise customers on their schedules in Yakushima, which are subject to weather conditions. Our restaurant staff are hospitality professionals who
deliver Yakushima food to our customers.
Restaurant staff will assist you with meals during your stay. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast to guests. We not only deliver a buffet for breakfast, a Japanese Kaiseki meal for dinner, and a blend of Japanese and Western courses to our customers' seats, but also provide services unique to Yakushima, such as explaining seasonal dishes and suggesting and offering drinks that go well with the dishes. We provide support for the setup and operation of meetings with a large number of people, as well as setup and food and drink services for various banquets and dinners.We also provide services as a restaurant-style venue, ``Dining,'' which serves as a special dinner venue for overnight guests. Cooking work
