Square Pain de Mie

Our signature "Pain de Mie Square" is made with carefully selected flour and baked slowly with a lid on to achieve a fine, soft texture.
The condensed milk added as a secret ingredient gives it an even fluffier, gentler texture and a subtle sweetness. The moist crumb melts in your mouth like silk. Even the crust is soft, and the rich flavor and delicate sweetness of the wheat gently spread in your mouth.
