We use these wonderful bounties that Yakushima cultivate as the foundation for bread making, and we bake each and every bread with sincerity in the clear air of the island.

Not only does it taste, look, aroma and texture of the bread itself, but it also gives you the excitement you get when you walk into the restaurant and the warm conversations with the staff. I strive every day to ensure that all the experiences I can get through bread lead to "deliciousness."
