Can I make a same-day reservation?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Please let us know in advance if your arrival will be later than expected. If you arrive later than expected, please let us know in advance. If you arrive after 24:00 without letting us know, we may assume that your reservation has been cancelled.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Early check-in is not available.
Late check-out is available until 12:00 pm at a rate of 3,000 yen per hour (tax not included).

Is there a smoking room or smoking area?

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
Smoking areas are available in the hotel.

Can I leave my luggage before or after check-in?

Yes, we do.
We can keep your luggage at the front desk.

Do you accept electronic money and credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards. We accept

VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, MasterCard, UC, SAISON, UnionPay credit cards, QR payment such as paypay, aupay, LINEpay, transportation IC cards, QUICPay and other electronic money.

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?

Yes. All rooms are free of charge.

Optical broadband service line has been opened in Yakushima from May 2021. In line with this, the main building has also undergone construction to provide Wi-Fi access.

Can you arrange packed lunches for trekking?

Yes, we can make arrangements. Arrangements can be made. No advance reservation is required.

Can I rent climbing equipment?

YES, I AM. YES, WE DO. WE DO NOT REQUIRE RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE. HOWEVER, THE NUMBER OF ITEMS AVAILABLE IS LIMITED, AND DURING PEAK SEASONS (GW, OBON, AND CONSECUTIVE HOLIDAYS), WE MAY NOT HAVE THE ITEMS YOU REQUESTED. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IN ADVANCE.

Can you arrange a rental car?

Yes, we have three hotel-owned rental cars. The hotel has three rental cars. We can rent cars on the same day if available, but reservations are recommended due to the small number of cars available.

Do you have bicycles for rent?

No, we do not. The hotel does not provide bicycles for rent, but we will introduce you to facilities in the neighborhood where you can rent bicycles.

Is there a laundromat available?

Yes, we have three washing machines and three dryers. We have three washing machines and three dryers. Washing is available for 300 yen per time and drying is available for 100 yen per 10 minutes. Free detergent powder is available.

I booked the no dinner plan, can I add dinner?

Yes, we can accommodate up to 5 people. We accept reservations by phone or email.
If you wish to have dinner, please contact us at least 2 days in advance. We can also accept reservations on the day of the event, however, our menu is limited, so we ask that you contact us in advance. (Depending on the situation, we may not be able to accept reservations on the day of the event or even the day before, so please make your reservations as early as possible.)

Can I request a vegan or vegetarian menu?

Yes, we can accommodate up to 5 people. We accept reservations by phone or email.
If you wish to order a vegan or vegetarian meal, please contact us at least 2 days in advance to make a reservation.

What are the hotel's meals?

Breakfast will be served buffet style and dinner will be a kaiseki menu.

Do you have a children's menu?

Yes, we have a children's menu. Children's menu is available.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Yes, we do. We can accommodate meals with allergies.

Can you prepare a cake for the celebration?

Yes, we do accept reservations. We accept reservations for cakes.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

Yes, we are located in the city. There are several within a 5-minute walking distance.
Please feel free to ask at the front desk at check-in for a map of the surrounding area.
There is also a supermarket near the hotel.
