Yakushima Hospitality Set Meal

We use fresh seafood caught in the waters around Yakushima. Please enjoy a traditional Japanese course meal (kaiseki) centered on Japanese cuisine. Guests who have booked a dinner-inclusive plan for the "UMISORA" or "MIZUMORI" rooms will be served this menu. The contents and number of dishes change daily

Japanese Black Beef Shabu-Shabu

This shabu-shabu uses sirloin from Japanese Black Wagyu (female cows) raised in the natural environment of Yakushima Island. Enjoy the meat and fresh vegetables simmered in a special broth made from flying fish and kelp. Two types of homemade sauces (kabosu citrus ponzu and sesame sauce) are provided by the head chef
